COMPETING DIVISIONS: 

Men's Divisions: Bodybuilding, Physique, Classic Physique

Women's Divisions: Figure, Bikini, Wellness

DIVISION DESCRIPTIONS: Visit NANBF.net for division descriptions, posing cues and attire requirements.

CLASSES: We offer a novice and open class for each division as well as  Masters (age 40+) and Teen (Age 13-19).  The Novice is for first time competitors or competitors who have never won first place in any class or division within any organization. The Open is for anyone regardless of age or experience; this is the division you want to be in to compete for a IPE pro card. 

​

AWARDS & PRO CARDS: The winner of the Open competition will be awarded an International Pro Elite (IPE) Pro Card if there are at least five competitors in the division. The winners who place 1st-3rd in Open and Novice will receive trophies of recognition. All athletes will receive a competition T shirt and "swag bag."

​

SANCTIONING: As a NANBF sanctioned show, all athletes will be required to have an active a NANBF membership.

​

BACK STAGE POLICY: One athlete assistant or trainer may be backstage. Trainer must have a show ticket and backstage access wristband. You can pay for your coach's ticket when you register. 

​

BACKSTAGE EQUIPMENT: 5-25 lb dumbbells, pull up/pushup/dip station, resistance bands, and Perfect Pushup will be available. 

​

ENTRY FEES: $105 for first entry and $80 for any additional crossover division.  Registration has been extended.

 

DRUG FREE & POLYGRAPH TESTED: Each athlete will be required to take a urinalysis test and pass a lie detector test. We will provide you a link to schedule your tests the day before the show. The polygraph test is $50, paid in cash.

HOST HOTEL: We have a discounted room rate arranged at TownePlace Suites by Marriot in West Little Rock ($89/night). The deadline for this discounted rate is June 13.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY: We welcome personal photography and videography so long as it does cause interference. Professional photography and videography will be available for purchase from Casey Crow.
