DATE & LOCATION: July 18, 2026 at Ron Robinson Theatre, 100 River Market Ave, Little Rock, AR 72201. Doors open at  9:15am for guests. Show starts at 10am. Parking for guests and athletes not at parked at the host hotel can be found in the nearby library parking garage for $2/hour at 333 President Clinton Ave.

DIVISION DESCRIPTIONS: Visit NANBF.net for division descriptions, posing cues and attire requirements.

CLASSES: We offer a debut and open class for each division as well as  Masters (age 40+) and Teen (Age 13-19).  The Debut is for first time competitors . The Open is for anyone regardless of age or experience; this is the division you want to be in to compete for a WNBF pro card. Athletes are welcome to crossover to other classes and compete in multiple divisions.

PROQUALIFYING CRITERIA: The following divisions require eight athletes or more in the Open class to be considered pro qualifying: 

  • Bikini

  • Figure

  • Men’s Bodybuilding

  • Classic Physique

  • Men’s Physique

The following divisions require five athletes or more in the Open class to be considered pro qualifying: 

  • Women’s Fit Body

  • Women’s Bodybuilding

  • Masters (All categories)

AWARDS: First-Third Place winners receive a diamond placement trophy and medal. All athletes receive a medal, competition T shirt and "swag bag."​

SANCTIONING: As a NANBF sanctioned show, all athletes will be required to have an active a NANBF membership. We follow NANBF and WNBF judging criteria. Purchase your NANBF membership here. ​​

BACK STAGE POLICY: One athlete assistant or coach may be backstage. Coach must have a general admission ticket and will be given a backstage access lanyard at athlete check in.

​

BACKSTAGE EQUIPMENT: 5-25 lb dumbbells, pull up/pushup/dip station, resistance bands, and Perfect Pushup will be available. 

​

ENTRY FEES: $130 for first entry, $100 for a crossover and $80 for any additional crossovers.  

 

DRUG FREE & POLYGRAPH TESTED:  Athletes are subject to random urine testing. Each athlete will be required to take a pass a lie detector test prior to competing. Competitors who have completed a polygraph within the past 45 days at a NANBF sanctioned show can email razorwirefitness@gmail.com requesting an exception. Polygraphs will take place on Friday, July 17 throughout the day in our host hotel meeting room. The test will take ~30 minutes. Schedule and pay for your polygraph (appointments are first come, first serve) here. Please arrive to the your polygraph appointment 10 minutes early. You can park in the hotel parking lot on the east side of the hotel (you won't be charged for parking.) Polygraphs will not be conducted under the influence of drugs, alcohol or or cannabis products. HOST HOTEL:  Residence Inn by Marriott Little Rock Downtown. The hotel is steps away from the Ron Robinson Theatre and each room includes a kitchenette. We have a special group rate available now until June 26. We encourage you to book your hotel as soon as you have registered. Hotel parking is available behind the hotel (east side). You will recieve a parkng permit to hang in your vehicle. Overflow parking is available in the city's parking garage located at 500 E Second Street. At the gate of the parking garage, you will receive a voucher. Please see the front desk for validation. Parking charges will be posted to the room. Rocktown athletes will receive a discounted parking rate of $12/night.

TANNING: We recommend using our official tanner to ensure all athletes present on stage with high quality, even tans. Tans will take place at Airbronze Sunless Little Rock, located at 6105 Father Tribou St Ste 7, Little Rock, AR 72205.  Use this link to buy your tanning package. The staff will reach out to you for scheduling.​​

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY: We welcome personal photography and videography so long as it does cause interference. Our official show photographer is KD Media. The entirety of the show will be filmed and later posted to our Youtube channel. Photo & video packages are available for purchase here.
